This workshop is for anyone who has previously participated in Healthy Boundaries workshops and who may be willing to co-facilitate these offerings for their congregation staff and volunteers and/or for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Greater Kansas City. This workshop will be in-person and is open to Disciples and UCC clergy in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. For chaplains and others required to log professional continuing education, we can issue 0.6 CEU's.
This workshop will include a review of basic healthy boundaries, issues with congregational buy-in and implementation, self-care, and the introduction of an activity to help clergy and congregational leadership quickly assess the safety and healthy boundaries of their setting.

Note: Fees charged are administrative and go directly to CC(DOC) Greater KC operations income. Preparation and facilitation are offered as part of Regional Ministry duties.

In addition to a review of basic boundaries for safety on ministry campuses, we will share information about self-care, adult education, and tools to continue learning and share with those in your ministry setting.
