Description: a chartered bus tour facilitated by historian Erik Stafford will take participants to places where systemic racism was evident, confronted, and still active in the church’s front yard. The tour includes a visit to Central High School and a conversation with school officials. Part of what will make this tour more than a learning experience will be dialogue that encourages action. A box lunch will be provided.

*GKC Disciples clergy participants who have previously participated in the Reconciliation Ministry anti-racism workshop, take part in the tour, and turn in a reflection and action plan following the tour will have fulfilled the requirement for anti-racism continuing education for three years.
